ZillowVERIFIED Call Jay to get it done! After a (35+ day) bad experience with our previous realtor, Jay swooped in with his expertise. He advised us on several (minor) repairs and to get professional photos. After about 30 days and several open houses he got us an offer at full asking price and expedited closing (closed 16 days after offer accepted)! Only a great experience with Jay - he dropped our stress level significantly down. Some of the traits we've witnessed during our experience with Jay: -great communication -easy to talk to -very familiar with the market -moves quickly -very honest (doesn't sugar coat issues, CLEARLY tells you a professional opinion) GETS THE JOB DONE QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY

ZillowVERIFIED Jay is the definition of excellent customer service. From day 1 to closing, he went above and beyond assisting and helping us get through the process. He stayed true and, without a doubt, knew the ins and outs. His expertise and dedication showed high-time excellence in ensuring that we received the utmost satisfaction. He never left us hanging and, even in the midst of his hectic schedule, he again had dedicated some of his time to ensure that the documents and paperwork were submitted on time. Had the offer submitted a few hours late or a day later, we wouldn't have won the bid. Jay went outside of his personal schedule to accommodate our needs and wants. I couldn't thank him enough for all the dedication and efforts he had provided. I wouldn't hesitate reaching out to him again when the next opportunity presents itself.

ZillowVERIFIED Jay is absolutely the best with what he does. We purchased our home through him just over 5 years ago and would not even consider using anyone else during the selling process. He is on top of everything, extremely honest and not afraid to get his hands dirty along the way. Never a missed call or miss communication. He stays in touch with very easy to understand explanations, even for first time home buyers (as we were). I would recommend Jay to friends, family or anyone in the market looking to buy/sell a home! Thank you again for all of your hard work and dedication.

ZillowVERIFIED Jay Zheng is very knowledgable realtor he will quickly identify all the good and bad detail you need to know when looking for a house. For a first time homebuyer like us, we had a ton of question and he answered all of them with great detail and the things that you really need to know. And when it comes to making an offer he has a lot of ways to attract/stand out among of all the other buyers and when we told him that this is the house we wanted and YES he made it happen. So if your a first time homebuyer like us or even you are looking for a new home for you and your family i strongly recommend Jay Zheng to be your guy because he will make your best new/next home achievable for you.

ZillowVERIFIED Jay is an extremely professional, knowledgeable, and an all-around great person. He knows a good property when he sees one and likewise knows when you should walk away from a not so good one. He helped answer all my questions throughout the home buying process (I had a lot) and was able to provide great insight on things a first-time home buyer would not know otherwise. I highly recommend Jay to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!

ZillowVERIFIED We'd never bought a house before and weren't sure what to expect. Jay Zheng had been highly recommended to us through a close friend. Let me tell you he not only met but highly EXCEEDED our expectations. He has a very kind demeanor, knows his stuff when it comes to homes, resale, inspections, specs, etc. I felt so comfortable with Jay. He was great about making appointments immediately, he always got back to us, and his advice was incredibly useful. I'd love to have "Jay" wherever we move in the future. He wasn't pushy at all, worked with our budget, and gave great advice about areas, schools, future resale, etc. By far the best possible outcome for our first purchase and can not wait to work with him again in the future!
