ZillowVERIFIEDVery knowledgeable about the Georgetown market and the many factors that act upon it.Fun to work with and excellent follow up.He helped me consider several areas of town and even some rural areas before I made my decision. There was not a sense of pressure as he provided information (and opinions when asked) then let me make my own decisions.

ZillowVERIFIED Great realtor. No surprise in Austin however my condo had a contract about 18 hours after posting on MLS. Great communication and smooth process. Quick close and good negotiation process. I would use Jay again if I buy in the Austin area.

ZillowVERIFIED Jay was knowledgeable and very helpful. He returned our calls immediately plus he made special calls to us at different times to see if we needed anything. Even after the sale, he contacted us several times to see if we required any assistance.

ZillowVERIFIED Our home had been for sale for quite some time as three sales fell apart. Jay picked up the listing and got the wheels turning full speed. He did a wonderful job marketing the home and communicating the feedback from all the individuals that viewed the home. We would whole heartedly recommend Jay to anyone thinking of selling their home. Mark Vollmer

ZillowVERIFIED Jay went above and beyond to find us the perfect home! My husband and I moved from California to Texas. We had never lived outside of California, had no friends or relatives in the area, and had only visited the area once before. Needless to say, we had very little knowledge about what we were getting into. Because of work constraints, we had a little under a week to find our house. Jay found many houses for us to check out and added houses throughout the week that we found and wanted to check out. Knowing our situation, he drove us around during the week, not only showing us houses, but giving us an insider's tour of Georgetown. We decided on a house that week, but had to go back to California before negotiations were finished. Jay kept in constant communication with us and was able to get us an excellent deal. We weren't able to move for a couple of months and Jay helped out again, keeping an eye on the house until we arrived. We are so grateful that Jay was our realtor and would work with him again in a heartbeat.

ZillowVERIFIED No one knows more about the Georgetown, TX real estate market than Jay. He quickly assessed our needs and we were able to zero-in on a new home in one afternoon. He is a perfect match for the seasoned home buyer who knows what he/she wants and likes to move fast through the process.

ZillowVERIFIED Jay is a one of a kind find in the real estate world. There was never a question or issue that he could not fix or answer. He was an absolute professional from start to finish on both the listing of our home to helping us find and purchase the home of our dreams. I would highly recommend Jay, and will, to all of my friends and family for any of their future real estate transactions!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I had an excellent experience with Jay. He was very friendly and honest throughout the entire process. He was able to very quickly understand what our style was and show us homes that met that criteria. His knowledge of the area also allowed us to find a home with more of what we wanted for a lower price.

ZillowVERIFIED Jay is what we'd call a Realtor "for the people"! He's down to earth, very easy to talk to and a great listener! He kept in constant contact with us and answered any and all questions we had. If we had a concern, Jay was there to guide us through it. We ended up wanting to purchase a home that was going to be a difficult deal for several reasons and I honestly don't believe anyone but Jay could have closed this deal in the amount of time we had and for all of the things we asked for! We have not sold a home with Jay yet, but we guarantee 100% we'll be calling him when we're ready! Jay Warren is our Realtor for life!
