ZillowVERIFIED Jay was a huge help in the recent purchase of my home. He stuck with me for about 3 months while we looked at numerous homes until I found the one to fit all my needs. In this hot seller?s market right now, Jay was always on the ball sending me any new applicable listings as soon as they hit the market to give me first shot at scheduling a home visit. Once I had an accepted purchase offer, Jay walked me through the rest of the process (home inspection, termite inspection, closing attorney options, etc), and I got to a closing seamlessly and without delay. Ultimately, I was able to move in just before Christmas to celebrate our new home with my 3 young kids! All in all I couldn?t have asked for a better experience and would recommend Jay and his team to anyone in the market to buy or sell a home!

ZillowVERIFIED I could not have asked for a more competent, engaged and motivated agent. We had an investment property that my in-laws has tried to sell by owner for years as it fell further into disrepair. I called Jay on a Thursday, he got in to see it and take pictures on Friday. By the end of the day Saturday we had multiple offers and ended up selling to for well over list price. We live in another city, and Jay handled the entire transaction via email. We closed on the property exactly 7 days after listing. I?ve worked with several agents through the years and he is head and shoulders above them all!
