During each visit he pointed out the good the bad and the ugly. He also shared some valuable information from his videos online that he prepared for his clients. He has great contacts with in the area that help in every aspect of buying a home. We finally decided on a property in Carolina Beach in June of 2020 and he was with us every step. Jay and his contacts were able to get us to settlement in 15 DAYS!!!
