We were targeting Whitefish Bay or Wauwatosa for our next home. We reached out to Jay, and he immediately set us searching for homes that met our criteria. We have a crazy schedule with managing a new job, moving a long distance, and having 2 kids under 6 at home. Jay and his team always worked around our schedule. They were responsive via email, text and phone calls at all hours. The market is really hot, and they were able to get us into newly posted homes quickly, and we were able to compete on every home we were interested in. They're a highly experienced team, and you NEED that support in this hot market. Everything we needed was written and submitted immediately. There were never any delays. Within a few weeks we found and purchased our dream home. We could not be happier. We will only use Jay Schmidt and team for any future real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED The event of selling a home in one City and buying a home in another city is not what I recommend for the week of heart. If it were not for Jay Schmidt, Jordan Lukach and all the members of their team I would Have kept my house and not moved at all. My experience with 3 of the four realtors needed to buy and sell my homes was terrible but as luck would have it the #jayschmidtgroup was my realtor and changed my opinion of realtors as a whole. From answering questions as soon as I called or texted day or night, weekends and while on vacation (TWICE!) Jay and Jordan were supportive and fantastic communicators, never making me wait for responses. Even after the sale going above and beyond by cleaning up a mess the selling realtors were to lazy too.If (god forbid) I need to move in another 25 years I will be calling this agency they earned every penny of their piece of the action.

ZillowVERIFIED Blake McKinney and JS Group were the ultimate professionals. The listing appointment was very professional. In order to get the most for my house, Blake suggested I use their Equity Experts arm of the company and by doing so I was able to the get work done on the house in order to maximize what my house was worth. Blake provided clear communication, provided an app that made showing requests very easy, and his team was super helpful in walking me through the closing steps once there was an accepted offer. Finally, I must say Blake's style showed through with his suggestions on how to "show" my house and had the ability to provide staging furniture was an added bonus (also, the photographer Blake uses is spectacular!) I also give a HUGE shout out to their safety protocols during this pandemic and the hygiene products they provided and made ready for potential buyers as they walked through my house. I would recommend Blake and the Jay Schmidt Group to anyone considering selling their house or are looking to buy a house. From a "buyer's" perspective, Blake has been very responsive to all my requests to see potential houses, has provided comparable sales immediately and even sends me emails early in the morning asking me if I've considered this hour or that house. I'm very happy with my realtor choice!

Always so responsive and on top of all of the details--we really felt very well taken care of, and felt that they truly had our best interest in mind and did everything in their power to make sure that we got the right house for us! We felt that Jen was very available to us throughout our search process, always positive and upbeat in helping us navigate and fine-tune our list of priorities. We looked at over 30 houses together! Jen and Matt are also both very knowledgeable and discerning about work that has been or needs to be done with the house, structural issues, potential for modifying the layout, etc. We ended up buying a FSBO, and Jen masterfully handled all of the communication with our seller.
