Jay was fantastic. He has a wealth of knowledge, all of which I used. Jay had been keeping in touch with me for well over three years. He knew my husband was critically ill and that we wanted to move to Florida. It became complicated, my husband died and I had to clean out the house (50 yrs. of living) myself. In comes Jay with all of his contacts. In the dead of winter, he led me to an estate salesperson, a painter, house cleaner and a small repairs person. They all were punctual, and reasonable.
