We were so lucky to find Alex by chance one day while searching for homes in Milwaukee. We felt immediately comfortable with him as there was a genuine kindness about him, leading to a feeling of, oh yeah, we trust this guy already. So we enlisted him to be both our buyer's agent and the listing agent of our home in Janesville. I cannot adequately express how wonderful he has been for us. I have never experienced a realtor who has gone above and beyond in service to us, anticipating our needs and guiding us every step of the way. Moving to a new city as an older adult is super stressful, but Alex has calmly led the way for us, taking one step at a time and making it as easy as possible. He has made the complex understandable and has led the way through the seemingly impossible. He continually checks in to see if we need anything. He is going to be with us on moving day which is a godsend! I would highly recommend Alex for all home buying and selling needs. In fact we have already recommended him to a nephew who will be looking for a home soon. You cant go wrong with a realtor who puts customer service above everything else. Its a rare quality to have these days.

Alex was our realtor for both our main home sale as well as my son's condo. The strategy Alex used to sell our home directly led to an over-asking-price offer on the fist day of listing! This was phenomenal. Alex is very professional and went the extra mile to help us make sure the homes were in great shape for showings and for the closing. If he ever gives you decore or presentation/showing advice, take it!! He is a good communicator, is willing to be flexible with seller concerns and is the right person to have on your side when speakng to the other agents regarding potential offers. Alex was a pure joy to work with. He made the process of buying and selling a home a smooth process. From our first meeting with him, we felt Alex had done his homework with comparables and a game plan for selling our home. Alex set up a portal of properties with our wish list and called us every week to set up times to view new properties. Alex went above and beyond to get us the condo we purchased. He also came to our aid the morning of our house closing to come up with a quick solution when water was found in the basement. Alex's professionalism is top notch and his advice for staging our house resulted in a very quick sale with an over asking offer. We could not have asked for a better realtor to work with.
