ZillowVERIFIEDFrom my perspective as a buyer, Jay was the perfect agent to have on our side. He did the market research for me and gave me great advice about the overall value of the home I was interested in. Jay was also incredibly responsive and always available when I had questions. He met with me for all inspections and any time I wanted to see the property he was available to help. Jay was very ethical which was very important to me as he made sure both sides acted fairly. This was by far the best experience Ive had purchasing a property.

ZillowVERIFIED Jay was courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful. we sold the house in less than a week. What more could you ask for in an agent. We would use him again and have recommended him to friends and family and you should consider him also.

ZillowVERIFIED Jay did an absolutely AMAZING job selling my house. From our first meeting, he was professional and really listened to my needs and what I was hoping to gain out of the whole process. He was very punctual and he went above and beyond. He didnt have a lot of time to prepare as I was in the process of moving out of state, but Jay did everything so I could focus on moving. And even after I moved, Jay kept me updated on the entire process and gave me all of the facts so that I could make the best decision. I wish I could use him to buy my next house, but I highly recommend Jay for all of your housing needs!!!!!
