However, not knowing anything about the area we needed some help finding the right place for us. Friends in the area recommended the Jay Patel group. I called Robert out of the blue and asked if he could help us find a house in Peoria. Despite being a stranger in another state, he put together 2 full days of touring houses for usaEUR| thats a lot of houses! He did this by accommodating our schedule of when we were coming into town. Who does that?! In looking at all those houses, Robert and his wife Julia showed they were extremely knowledgeable about each house, each neighborhood, and about Peoria in general. We found them to be friendly and kind, and most importantly patient with us out-of-towners. We returned to California but Robert and Julia continued looking for us, sending us houses they thought we might be interested in. We found a few that we liked, and they did video walkthroughs of the properties for us. Again, who does that?! We finally found the house we wanted and Robert and Julia negotiated a great price for us. We were a bit apprehensive about escrow, being as we were out of state, but no worries at all. Robert Julia, and Stephanie handled all the necessities like champs! Robert even did a video walkthrough with us for our final inspection. Once again, who does that?! Robert and Julia do, thats who! We wanted to visit Sedona so we started researching short stay options. I reached out to Becky and was so impressed with how friendly and helpful she was. We stayed at their rental and everything Becky communicated was indeed true and so much more - she helped make our experience very memorable! In my correspondence with Becky I had mentioned to her how we just love AZ and would someday.... like to retire in the valley (and maybe even have a second home in Sedona). And Wow..It was streesful at first,so much so we had to let our Re Agent Friends go.I "Rob" had a sense that it was going to be a long drawn out process. Ive always been proactive and certainly when your home is on the market. We lived in Trilogy At Vistancia where our home was listed. I knew more with the activity in Trilogy than our Friend RE Agent.It was like,List it and Forget it.So I had to act fast.There is nothing worse than have to call your Friend who was our Agent to get out of our contract.It wasnt easy but they came to realization.So after the contract was cancelled. I made some calls of other agents who were performing well in Trilogy.One was just a 5 Min Call,This agent who was performing well in Trilogy only had 5 Min for me. Then the Magic happen. My Second Call. I'll Call This.. "The Call"I called and left a Msg to The Patel Group and very shortly I got a call back from Chris..So I go from a 5 Min Call to a 45 Min Call with Chris and that certainly went a long of listing with Chris of The Patel GroupIn the short period of time,I must say the Group at The Patlel Group,Jay and Becky Patel,Stephanie and best of all goes to our Agent Chris And Ronette.Now The "The Strees" With that, from the First call with Chris and to the very end,it dint feel that way at all. He cautioned us to wait to start the process to make sure that we were prepared for the possibility that due to the pandemic,our property might not sell as quickly as we'd like. We took his advise and delayed for about a month. We then contacted him and told him the area and street we wanted. He said he would canvass the area and see if anyone was wanting to sell. About two weeks later we get an email from him stating that he found a seller on the street that we were interested in. The home never listed. The process was smooth and professional. We knew step by step what was going to happen and when,his right hand person Stephanie is spectacular and very professional. You should consider using Jay especially if you are moving Vistancia or any part of Peoria.
