ZillowVERIFIED Jay is the best realtor for both homes we purchased. We worked with Jay remotely from Wisconsin over 4 years ago and looked at numerous homes he recommended. Purchased a home March 2016 on a golf course in Sun City Grand through Jay.

ZillowVERIFIED Purchasing a home remotely from out of state is no easy task; however, Jay Otlewski and the team at Desert Home Premier simplified the process and guided me through every step. I'm especially appreciative of Jay and his expertise on every aspect of the home purchasing process, Michelle, who provided timely and extensive information on helpful resources, and Jack, who took the time to walk through my property and videotape the home for me so that I could see exactly what I was getting. They were all wonderful to work with! I highly recommend this agency to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the area.

ZillowVERIFIED A friend recommended Jay to help us with our home search. Jay was great to work with in all aspects of the process from the search to the closing. Since we weren't living in the area while we were looking, it was very important that we had someone there to help us. Without Jay and his ongoing communication and information, we would not have been able to get the house we wanted. We recommend Jay without reservation.

ZillowVERIFIED My experience was very informative and professional. I feel my personal needs were given more attention than the company being out to make a quick dollar! I will highly recommend this company to anyone I know who is looking to come into the area.

ZillowVERIFIED We found Jay through a local lender, not being from the area we proceeded to call him. Jay responded almost immediately, and as you deal with him, this is the way it will be. Starting with sending us selection of houses in the surrounding areas that we chose and in our price range. At this point is ongoing and looking at houses, you may have questions, I say; do not hesitate to call, he will be there for you. If you have any other needs such as pictures, videotaping, etc. Last, he helped us get all the information needed by the lender to help everything go smoothly, we can't recommend Jay enough.

ZillowVERIFIED Please dont see the fact that its taken three years to write this note of praise for Lynn & Jay Otlewski and their team at Desert Home Sales Group as a sign of disinterest in thanking them publicly for their success in selling my mothers home in Sun City West in 2014. That it has gnawed at me says a lot about a debt I feel I havent repaid. I found Lynn & Jay after spending months with a pair of realtors I hoped would do right by my mother. My father had died unexpectedly, I lived in another state and I wanted to tend to her emotionally. So I didnt push her solicitous but not very competent agents. After six months of tolerating unkept promises, I started to look for a new agent. I did my due diligence this time. I interviewed people and vetted them with a friend whom I trust deeply about real estate. I decided to go with Lynn. She told me what I yet to do to make the house sale and helped me do it. I trusted her clarity. I appreciated the professionals she suggested to take care of some the necessary repairs. I trusted her when we revisited the list price. The house sold quickly. It was a great relief. I felt taken care of in a real and professional way not a aEURoewell be your moms best friend and do nothing for youaEUR? way. Lynns business card has been on my desk every since, a reminder of unfinished business. 'Tis the season to give thanks. So a belated thanks and sincere recommendation to Lynn & Jay for making my moms life after her husbands death so much more secure. My only regret is an obvious one: I wish Id met Lynn and Jay first, that I had let them put the house that meant so much to my parents on the market. If you're looking for smart, honest & kind professionals, I think you may find them with Lynn & Jay. --Lisa Kennedy Lisa

ZillowVERIFIED It's our pleasure to tell you about our experience working with Jay Otlewski. We were looking to purchase a home in Arizona to retire to. From the first phone call we made to Jay to help us, until closing on our new home, the process was seamless!! There were quite a few items on the inspection list, and Jay took his time to explain each point. He contacted the listing agent and made sure each item was completed and we had receipts in hand! His office staff made it very easy to sign documents necessary to complete our purchase. Jay even put a contractor lock box at our home so work could be done before we moved in! He was always a phone call or email away, or connected us with one of his friendly and efficient office staff employees. Desert Home Sales Group even made a donation to Phoenix Childrens Hospital in our name after we closed on our home. We can't say enough about how happy we were to have chosen Jay Otlewski as our realtor!! Thanks Jay & staff!! Mike and Karen Eaton
