Jay was a pleasure to work with and extremely responsive to our needs. He communicated well with us via text or calls and was always friendly and professional. He helped us sell our Mother's home, which while in great condition, was a bit dated. He took the initiative to invest and learn about a "digital staging" software that helped show pictures to the buyers of what the home could look like with modern furniture layout and it was the ONE marketing tool that made the sale happen, since the house had been emptied. Needless to say, the home sold in TWO days with only 1 Open House held and at ASKING PRICE! I am convinced that the digital staging made the house look incredible on-line. Jay took the time to get to know us and even went the extra mile to not only handle the closing stages with the provided attorney, but he arranged the Notary to drive to my Mother's house for her convenience and make it easier for her to sign the paperwork. His professionalism and kind touch, sealing the deal with flowers delivered in person to my Mom once the closing was imminent, makes Jay more than just a good Realtor, but a person you actually want to stay friends with! I highly recommend him for the job!

Jay Oreman Our Real Estate Ally Our history with Jay began over 7 years ago when he helped us to sell our Lauderdale property. The transaction went very smoothly, and his professionalism was exceptional. What would have been a stressful ordeal due to requirements from the mortgage company was handled without any added stressors to us as sellers. He had our best interest at heart and that gave us so much reassurance enabling us to rely on his excellent judgement. So, when we decided to buy another house in South Florida we instinctively went back with Jay. As usual he never failed us. Despite the several back and forth with the seller we were able to close in 33 days. At all times, he worked in the best interest of his client (and we have had the opposite experience with others). We valued his responsiveness and negotiation skills. His ability to swifty address calls put the seller/buyer in the drivers seat. His extensive knowledge of the South Florida real estate market along with his many years as a real estate agent affords a level of trust that is incomparable.
