We rented a property that Jay Montenegro took over from another rental agency. We had a horrible experience with the owner's of the property and if Jay had been in charge of the property from the moment we moved in, things would have been better. Jay did his best to help us with the situation and he showed compassion and professionalism. I would recommend Jay for your rental/purchasing needs because it was not his fault the owner's were dishonest and he fought on our behalf for us.

The best real-estate agents in SoCal. Jay and Johanna went above and beyond helping me and my family find a house, walking us through the entire process all while being in Hawaii. Jay and his team were exceptional in the whole loan assumption process that allowed me and my wife to buy our first home. Jay Montenegro and his team were amazing in my experience of buying a condo in Glendale. One of his agents, Jeff Hodaff, introduced us to a condo that was being sold and Jay took us out there to see it in person. After seeing it, I immediately knew I wanted to buy the place. Even though the condo was in high demand and already had other offers, Jay was able to give the listing agents an offer that was advantageous and desirable. Once we were in escrow, Jay was there step-by-step in helping me have a smooth process. Jay's agent, Jeff Hodaff, also took numerous trips with me to Glendale to ensure the property was in good condition and that we were not being sold something that had a lot of issues. Jeff would respond to all our needs and get answers to our questions every time we were doing an inspection. I really could not have asked for a better team when it came to buying this property. Jay Montenegro and Jeff Hodaff are the dream team!
