ZillowVERIFIED Jay helped my wife and I buy a home in April. I very highly recommend him. He was always easy to contact and went above and beyond in seeking information about the houses we were looking at, be it finding school district information or contacting the county with water and septic questions. Jay got us into a home that is better than we could have ever hoped for and we would have lost the house if it weren't for him. I say this because when we decided to buy a house I was trying to be proactive so I chose a lender and got pre-approved prior to finding an agent. I had decided to go with an online lender, big mistake. Well, we finally found the house we wanted and we had an accepted offer. Problem was, now I couldn't get in touch with my lender. We had 10 days for due diligence and 6 days in I still hadn't heard anything from my lender. This is where Jay saved us. He got me in touch with another lender and in less than 72 hours we had our new financing approved, and at a better rate, all before our due diligence expired. So, if you are shopping for a house and don't know where to start, give Jay a call. You wont regret it.

ZillowVERIFIED Jay is amazing! I'd rate him 10 stars if I could! My husband and I are first time homebuyers and didn't really know what to expect going into the process. When we first met with Jay, he went into detail about the home buying process and helped set us up a collaboration center to keep us updated about upcoming homes. In the two months we were searching, Jay was always there to help. He would answer calls and texts immediately no matter the time of day and would schedule viewings as quickly as possible as well. Jay spent a good portion of his time going with us to view homes, sometimes viewing 5-6 in one day and at times going with us to viewings every single day of the week. When giving him a list of things that we were looking for in a home, Jay helped us find options that fit most of our requirements. He was also very quick with negotiations and getting documentation over to us when putting in an offer on our soon to be home! Overall, Jay was an absolute pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone!
