ZillowVERIFIEDMy family was in a situation where we were buying a home and needed to sell a home. I know from past experiences that without Jay the process wouldve been much more painful. Everything from inspections to repairs, Jay was on top of it and only needed us for approval. He gave us frequent status updates and checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed during the process. He was open and honest with us at all times and even let our young kids interrupt to tell him stories or show him something they made. If we are ever need to buy or sell again there is no other realtor I would consider.
