ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with Jay on two sales (one was a lot and the other was a house). I am always so impressed with Jay's knowledge of the local real estate market and his responsiveness to all my questions. If you want your home sold, list with Jay! If you want a buyer's rep - Jay is your man!

ZillowVERIFIED Jay picked up the phone or called back immediately every time I needed him. He walked me through every aspect of the land purchase process and was very knowledgeable on the specifics of land transactions, negotiations, and land development considerations. He also got me in touch with a soils engineer that I needed. I can't say enough about his help- I wouldn't have been able to complete the transaction without him.

ZillowVERIFIED Jay did a great job to sell property. I appreciate his work. Selling a lot is not easy and he stuck with it for several years. Most of this was done remotely so I appreciate his referring me to a lawyer and reviewing the documents.

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with several realtors in the Western NC area, and Jay Kaiser was by far the most knowledgeable. Jay goes out of his way to bring data, maps, views and other information to open your eyes to the neighborhood or area you are interested in. Jay does not sugar coat anything, but tells you the truth and will help you decide even if it does not give him a sell. Jay is very knowledgeable and one of the best realtors I have ever met. I would highly recommend Jay Kaiser over any other realtor in his area of NC.

ZillowVERIFIED Jay was great! I had a lot I was looking to get rid of and he got rid of it fast! Since it was such a low valued lot, he said he wouldn't accept a commission, but he did it from the grace of his good heart. I respect that.Again, Thank you once again Jay for everything!

ZillowVERIFIED Jay Kaiser quickly responded to my email about selling a property. He was very knowledgeable about the area where our property was located. He answered all our questions and made the process of selling property from a distance so smooth and easy. We are very grateful for how hard Jay worked to sell our property when the first person backed out. We would seek him out for another property purchase!!

His expertise saved me enormous time weeding through vast properties. He had concrete facts to back up all his thoughts. He helped guide us through the process explaining regional differences so we were always on top of the process. AND, he was a pleasure to work with!

Met Jay on line following a recommendation . Jay called me immediately in Florida while Jay was in North Carolina . The sale of the home was for an individual who had passed away and I was the Trustee for the Estate . There was constant contact and a sale was quick and a fair price ! I look forward to personally meeting Jay in the future !

ZillowVERIFIED We are very impressed with Jay Kaiser as a land realtor. Jay first asked us a lot of questions about what we wanted, then carefully researched available land acreage and found parcels that would meet our requirements. He then e-mailed these to us in an easily-used format so we could take our time and "look" at them online. He gave helpful suggestions about things we had not thought of. We are older clients, and he helped us to use technology in order to search for land ourselves, and in order to visit some parcels without him (at our request.) In other words, he helped tailor our search to suit us personally, going above and beyond what I would consider average assistance. Thank you, Jay, we love our land!

ZillowVERIFIED Jay was helpful and supportive during the entire process. He gave advice when we needed it, but did not push if we made a different choice. In fact, he supported us completely in moving forward as we saw fit and aided us in any way he could. He made the process as smooth as possible for us. It was a pleasure to work with him.

ZillowVERIFIED Jay was very familiar with Brevard, Lake Toxaway and the surrounding area. He did a great job understanding our requirements. We looked at a lot of houses and he was very patient with us as we fine-tuned our requirements. We ended up buying near the beach, but if we were to get something in the Brevard area someday I would definitely call Jay! Our overall experience with Jay was perfect.

ZillowVERIFIED Vicky and I had parcel of property in Brevard NC. We decided that we would like to sell it. We originally tried a different realtor who was very unresponsive and gave us a pie in the sky price that no one would even consider. After we cancelled our contract with him, we called Jay Kaiser. Jay has a very good feel for the area and he steered us correctly on what to ask and what we should accept. Every time I contacted Jay, he either answered, or got right back to me. Being in sales myself, I know that when the customer calls, you get back to them asap. I would highly recommend Jay if you have property to sell or are looking to buy. Thank you Jay for helping us to sell our property.Marc & Vicky

ZillowVERIFIED We appreciated Jay's friendly and timely communications. All was done professionally and efficiently! ZillowVERIFIED Jay was happy to devote his time and patience to this odyssey that was a house hunting and real estate deal with me. Several stressful and odd circumstances surrounded my recent home purchase, and his presence was a genuine bright spot as we navigated the various issues that would crop up along a rigorous and lengthy USDA financing process. Jay will absolutely go to bat for you-- he will drive you to property viewings himself, he will go under the house with a flashlight; I watched him help one of his sellers out with a faulty dishwasher by mopping up water in business attire the day I met him. He will tell you what he honestly thinks, and maintain a positive attitude. Highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Jay Kaiser is the best real estate agent we have ever dealt with - and we have had a lot of experience buying and selling houses. Jay is number one in sales because he works at the selling process. He is actively engaged in everything that is happening in order to get the sale completed. We were not able to properly carry out the duties of a seller because my wife broke a femur and we had to return to Florida in order to get the continuous medical care and therapy necessary for her recovery. Jay took over much of what we should have been doing and did a great job at the expense of his time and money. There is no one else to list you property with but Jay Kaiser.
