I don't even know where I should start, but to put it simply Jay is the best agent you will ever find. My husband and I were first time homebuyers looking to escape our renting situation. We wanted something specific- a single family in OC with good, original mid century charm. Jay was able to guide us and most importantly was always honest. He was insanely good at calling the numbers, giving the facts but still gave space for us to make our own decisions. His communication was incredible. Jay came highly recommended by two friends who had done business with him in the past. I was looking for a real estate agent to go to bat for me as I was looking to sell my home in Pasadena, CA.
