My fiance needed to sell her house quickly. We got in contact with Jay, and he sold her house rather quickly. He told us exactly what we needed to fix in the house, and he would make it happen. The process was quick and seamless. We promised him we would be back when we were looking for our forever home. 2 years later, we called Jay, and the experience was exactly the same. Easy, no stress, seamless and constant communication. We followed his guide, we got a house within 2 months. We are extremely happy after 1 week in our new home.
