He was willing to drive all over Western North Carolina and upstate South Carolina to look at any property we requested. Our "home finding" trip through the relocation company was relatively short and Jay cleared his calendar to accommodate our schedule. He even drove an hour to South Carolina to do a video walkthrough for us!Jay did a great job negotiating on our behalf once we found a house. Unfortunately, the sellers were less than ideal to work with but Jay helped us work through that situation. There were numerous times the deal was about to fall through but he was there to right the ship. Jay and his wife, Amanda, are passionate about WNC and that certainly comes through in their knowledge of the area. I can't recommend his services enough.
