They were looking to sell their home in Charing Cross. Jay did his homework re: how to price the house, but then told Sharon & Mark that he thought the market was coming back up, and that they should ask for a higher price. They ended up getting two bidders, and $5000 more than their asking price. Now that's a good realtor!
