Review I originally conatacted the Jay Day team for the "guaranteed sold" program. We had our house listed for over a year, about 3 years ago. I wasn't sure if we could sell it. Amy Beall was the agent to return my call. She seemed pretty confident she could sell our house. Not only did she sell our house (!!!!) We had it under contract in 11 days. I would highly recommend Amy to anyone looking for an agent. She went above and beyond for us and we appreciate it so much. My experience with searching for a home started with me contacting several realtors in the area. I interviewed and discussed my expectations with all realtors. Sandy rose above all the others by being very knowledgeable about the market and having a very personable personality that allowed me to feel comfortable in every step of the buying process. Sandy gave very good recommendations for a lender and an inspector. She was available for questions and concerns at all hours of the night. I even called her at 11:00pm and she answered the phone and addressed my concerns. Sandy is easy to work with and will go above and beyond to make sure your buying experience is an enjoyable one. She assisted in the negotiations process made sure every detail was outlined in the addendums. The sellers turned off the gas at the house, but because of Sandy attention to detail, she clearly stated in the original contract that all utilities will stay on til the closing date. This minor detail saved me money since I was no longer responsible for getting the gas re-connected. This type attention is what Sandy brings to the table. She also took time out of her day to look at potential homes when we couldn't view the property personally. Now this was a big key point for us, being out of state meant we had to rely heavily on her input in deciding if a home was going to fit our needs. In one instance, she viewed a house and gave us all the details common from the photos, but this particular home had a LOT of stairs coming in and going out. These are things you don't particularly think about until you see it in person, and with a young child and the potential of a future child, stairs are the last thing you can handle while struggling with groceries and a toddler. My husband loved the house, but after listening to Christina's sound judgement he quickly realized getting new furniture in and out would also be a challenge. Review I had Christina come visit me with a colleague to look into selling my house about 8 months ago... I've let a little time pass to do some further review and inspection before I went posting this review telling the truth about an awful experience I had with them...My house needs work, but I wanted to sell it and get out... I heard all the praises on the radio and got excited that my house could FINALLY be on the market and sell as I've tried once already but due to the work needed didn't quite sell as fast as I wanted.I invited them over and within 1 day, 2 women show up at my door with comps, a contract and answering a whole lot of questions. They first started by telling me that they would with no issue, they were both very friendly but VERY aggressive. After hearing about how great their customer service is I didn't feel like I was selling my home, but selling another property they could add to their multiple hundreds of properties sold a year. I'm a small guy so i'm sure it felt easy for them to intimidate me. I walked them around my house, heard them whisper among themselves and move forward with the answers to my questionsWithin 15 minutes they had a contract and a pen out ready for me to sign and I put my hands up for them to slow down a little. I said, so what do you all charge? They said 7%, I said "Okay that's pretty standard but my previous agent said that she would charge 4.75% and they said they dont offer discounts because of the aEUR~incredible advertising They then went on to say there is a pretty substantial staging fee for their services, (Something between 400 and 900$) as this is new to me I asked them what that entails.... Pictures, cardboard furniture and general staging... I rounded everything out to be about 18k to get it on the market from what they were telling meaEUR| If I had that kind of money I would of sold the house by thenaEUR|Then I asked them 2 questions that concluded our conversation and meeting... "How much does it cost to back out?" 900 dollar cancelation fee... The 2nd question lead into me asking about the "We will buy your house if it doesn't sell" They said that over the period of 2 weeks we conduct reductions to your property to make it sell, if it doesn't sell over 5 reductions we will buy your house...Let's do the math, 5 reductions of 20k on a 300k house is only 200k. I would be almost 30k in the whole if my house didn't sell and they would come to my rescue and buy my house and then what? Put it back on the market for 100k more and sell the hell out of it? YOU HAVE GOT TO BE JOKING.After about 3 months I kept hearing about them on the radio The general commercial is "Jay day will sell your home real quick or buy it if it doesn't sell, then the deep manned voice says, and if you want to get out its no problem you can fire jay day free and clear"I'll hire a local realtor who sells 30 houses a year who sells HOMES not houses and who honestly cares... I hope you all learn from this review and inform the radio that you all need a commercial change from free and clear and sell your house no problem to 900 Cancelation fee and will sell your house for 2/3 list price plus the 18k in stagingaEUR|I detest hearing them about them on the radio, so I called the manager over there and shared my story about 6 months agoaEUR| They still say the same thing on the radioaEUR| The reason I know this is im on the road 3 hours a day listening to them during my commute, they did nothing about it, they continue to this day say the same thingaEUR|I was told by them they would have a meeting with Jay day about this but never heard anything back, its time to do what works best, share my story.I would sell my house on craigslist before I ever call them again. Stay clear, Stay away, if you dont your money will be in the wallet of JAY DAY.

Review Horrible agent!!! He is NOT a broker. He is part of Keller Williams as an agent but leads you to believe he is the broker. His guaranteed sale option is very misleading! Could not sell my home. His specialty is new home developments not the resale market. He is rude and arrogant and pays for the endorsement he pretends to have earned. Refused to meet with me unless I went to his office. Was thrilled to be done with him and sold my home by using a professional agent at another firm. Would never recommend him.

Review AWESOME!! My relator, Christina Lovell ROCKED! I came to the Jay Day team to sell my mother's home after her passing. I filled out the required information on their website and within mins, Christina reached out to me and started the ball rolling with placing my mom's home on the market. Late March the house went on the market, we had a buyer end of April!! The entire Jay Day Team was nothing, but friendly, professional, knowledgeable and fast! I couldn't have asked for a better team to help me during such a hard time. Christina was always available to speak with me...no matter what time of day or night it was.
