ZillowVERIFIEDWe connected with Jay over a year ago and then decided it was not the right time to sell. Once we were ready to move forward, Jay gave expert advice and addressed all of our concerns. Without ever putting a sign in the yard, Jay sold our home in one day while also working with us to buy our new home. Knowledgeable, attentive, organized and just an all around nice guy - Jay is your guy!

ZillowVERIFIED Jay Crane is a very impressive realtor. He helped my husband and I both buy a new home and sell our old home. Jay is friendly, knowledgeable, and very responsive. He always went above and beyond. When we bought our new home the market was really hot. The home we were interested in had just hit the market, we contacted Jay and on short notice on a Sunday, he arranged for us to view the home and put in an offer same day. The home we sold was a large luxury home and Jay set up frequent open houses and showings and great marketing with a virtual tour. He is the best realtor we've had the pleasure of working with and gets results. We highly recommend Jay Crane.

ZillowVERIFIED Jay gave us great advice throughout the whole process, always thinking about what is best for us. He ALWAYS answered his phone or returned our texts promptly. When your looking to make a move in this climate you have to be ready to get things done fast. Jay was the man to get this accomplished. We ended up winning a bidding war for a home that I'm not sure could have happened without Jays expertise. Also, he knows just about everybody in real estate in Tarrant county, this helps! Great experience for us - Thanks Jay!

ZillowVERIFIED We were in crisis mode last summer due to illness, selling our home in one town & buying in another city. Jay was very helpful in both locations! Always available to show us houses as soon as they came on the market.

ZillowVERIFIED He helped us with sale of in laws property. He is very efficient & a go getter. I still receive this realtor updates online. On top of all that he was my daughter's boss before going into real estate . He is pretty hard to beat. Give him a call!!

ZillowVERIFIED Helped me to see my house in record time. I think the record time because of the fabulous help in staging and great photos taken brought out customers before house was even on the market.

ZillowVERIFIED Jay was very patient with me and my wife with ALL of our demands. He kept us in the loop with all the steps and hurdles we had to go through. His matrix was one of a kind and listed so many homes for us.
