ZillowVERIFIED Words can't convey how good it was to work with Jay in selling our home and buying a condo as we downsized in retirement. He was thoroughly professional and his friendly and positive nature was a joy to experience. His deep knowledge of the housing market allowed us to sell our home in two days for well above asking price. In addition, Jay was a constant resource for supporting services needed for our move. I am so grateful we found Jay and I would work with him again in a heartbeat.

ZillowVERIFIED Selling my moms house after she passed away was one of the hardest things our family had to go through, and Jay made the entire process so much easier. He guided us every step of the way with patience, compassion, and professionalism. The house sold quickly and for over asking price, which was incredible, but what stood out most was how much Jay truly cared about us during an emotional time. Were so grateful for his help and still consider him a great friend to this day.

ZillowVERIFIED We cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible service we received while selling our home. As a deeply faithful Christian couple, we were looking for someone who not only had professionalism but also the warmth and understanding that aligned with our values. From the first conversation, it was evident that we had made the right choice. Throughout the process, the communication was outstanding aEUR" we were kept in the loop every step of the way, and our calls and queries were always answered promptly. Jay's follow-up was meticulous, ensuring that no detail was overlooked. The marketing strategy was tailored and effective, highlighting the unique character of our home and reaching the right buyers. The hard work and commitment were truly 'second to none', and it reflected in the quick sale of our home at a price that pleased us. We wholeheartedly recommend Jay's services to anyone contemplating a move. Trust us, you won't be sorry. Jay's dedication is a testament to their character and skill, making what can be an overwhelming process a smooth and faith-affirming journey. Dane and Hyacinth

ZillowVERIFIED Jay Cannone came highly recommended. I used him to sell my home during the summer of 2021. Jay takes the time to learn about the family he is representing and to study the current real estate market in the local areas. He was very responsive to my questions and concerns in the current, fast paced market. He is there to guide every step of the viewing and selling of my home. My home sold at a great price. Do not hesitate to reach out to Jay if you are considering buying or selling your home.

ZillowVERIFIED Jay & his team are a great tool for the selling of your home. Their knowledge, commitment & dedication to execute the sale are amazing. Just starting from the basic of preparing the house to be listed in the market. I was very impressed how dedicated & cautioned Jay was when taking the pictures of the property for the listing. Jay uses professional photographers who enhance the house & its amenities!!!! Both, Jay & Erin were there 24/7 for me during this stressful time of my life. Housing market these days are complicated & difficult to predict, but with these guys as advisors you have a comparative advantage for sure!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED As you can see, I've given Jay a 5 star rating in all categories. That is because I feel he is deserving of these. When we were first considering putting our house up for sale, we called who we knew had the "best reputation" in town, and all that had been said about him was correct. Jay came to our house completely prepared with all the proper paperwork in hand. He sat with us and explained everything there was to putting your house up for sale. He answered all our many questions, and there were many, but, he remained calm, cool and collected throughout this whole "interview". Jay made us feel very at ease about the process and after discussing this with my husband, we called Jay and told him to put the house up for sale. The house sold in 65 days and we were thrilled. We would highly recommend Jay Cannone to sell your home. Everything we asked of Jay, he did. (i.e. put on booties on rainy, messy days, inform agents to turn off all lights when leaving, have them leave a card after showing the house and that we wanted Jay to call us with any information that the agents that showed the house had to say. He lived up to all our expectations and we would highly recommend him if you are looking for an agent to market your home and get the job done!!!

ZillowVERIFIED We used Jay Cannone for the recent sale of our home. Jay was phenomenal. From start to finish, he was a huge help. He helped us determine what needed to be done to present the house for sale, price the house correctly, and advertise the house well. Jay has incredible knowledge of the local market and an amazing ability to deal with other agents from initial offer to closing. Jay was always responsive to requests for assistance or to answer questions. He was timely, efficient, and appropriate in his dealings, and shepherded us and the buyer through the closing process in the same manner. I would highly recommend him to other sellers - and to buyers as well. Y.Y., Trumbull, CT
