We listed on a Thursday, had multiple offers throughout the weekend and were under contract by Sunday! ZillowVERIFIED First of all Jay and his team are the BEST! From the first day we met Jay until even after the closing he was wonderful. His team went above and beyond to make the sale of our home hassle free. (As hassle free as selling a home can be.) We put our home on the market on a Friday by Monday we had several offers and were under contract by Wednesday. Jay walked us through our inspection reports we made the requested repairs and within the month Jay met us for our closing. Jay also helped us with the purchase of our land for a new construction build with the same terrific service and expertise. Last but not least I must mention Donna, who is the teams closing coordinator, and this lady is simply the best! All of my phone calls and emails back and forth were great.
