ZillowVERIFIED Working with Javon Johnson as my real estate agent was an absolute pleasure. Javon was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding throughout the entire process. He was always reliable, answering my questions promptly and taking the time to show me listings I was interested in. What truly stood out was Javons dedication and professionalism. He communicated seamlessly with other real estate agents to ensure I had all the information I needed. He went above and beyond by recommending a trusted lawyer for closing my housing deal and providing a reliable inspector for the home inspection. I would wholeheartedly recommend Javon to all of my family and friends who are searching for a patient, knowledgeable, and supportive real estate agent in the NYC area. His expertise and commitment made a potentially stressful process so much easier. I'm grateful for his help and wish him continued success in assisting many more families in the NYC area. ZillowVERIFIED Javon is an exceptional real estate agent. I first contacted him in November 2022 to inquire about a house I was interested in viewing. As a first-time homebuyer, I was unfamiliar with the process, but Javon patiently guided my husband and me through each step. Although we had to wait a year before we were financially ready to purchase a home, Javon remained in touch with us and provided valuable advice and support throughout that time. When we were finally ready to start the home-buying process in April, the market was highly competitive, making it challenging to find a suitable property. Despite these challenges, Javon's hard work and dedication ultimately led us to successfully close on a house that we love. We are incredibly grateful for his expertise, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to helping us achieve our dream of homeownership. Javon is not only a skilled real estate agent but also a genuinely caring and compassionate individual. He treated us like family throughout the entire process, always going above and beyond to ensure that our needs and concerns were met. We highly recommend Javon to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. He is an exceptional agent who will work tirelessly to help you achieve your real estate goals. Thank you, Javon, for everything you have done for us!

We would definitely recommend Javon to our friends and family!

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Javon was such an easy and welcoming experience. During our apartment search we encountered a few brokers who hardly showed up for us, not even coming to the apartments to let us in, and Javon was there every step of the way. No question I had felt like a burden and was met with friendly and informative advice. Overall just a great experience!

ZillowVERIFIED Javon was extremely helpful and responsive with me securing my new apartment and the entire process from application to closing. He was accommodating with my schedule as I was unable to meet during working hours. Javon was extremely patient while I was having difficulty with the delivery of my deposit check via mail. He assisted with any questions I had and constantly responded most of the time immediately to after reaching out to him. He also checked in to ensure that the transition into the apartment was seamless.

ZillowVERIFIED Javon went above in beyond in helping us become first-time home owners in Brooklyn. We felt like we had someone in our corner that truly understood what we valued, what we were looking for, and had our best interests at heart. When you work with Javon, you don't just work with a real-estate agent, you work with a knowledgeable expert who will support you through the entire process until you finally push your key into your very own door.

ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend working with Javon. We went into our house search not knowing about New York real estate and had some uneasiness knowing where to start. Javon became an invaluable resource for us, working with us to know what we wanted in a house, and giving us his contacts for mortgage, attorney, and home inspector who were all excellent. He had a deep knowledge of New York history particularly of Flatbush and East Flatbush and is very helpful in determining value of the various houses the neighborhoods we were interested in. Because of the relationship that we felt we had built with him, he knew at the same time we did when we found the right house because he had spent time getting to know us more than in a superficial capacity. Time and time again Javon went above and beyond. He was very generous with his knowledge and time, very supportive and encouraging throughout the whole experience. It never felt like he was pushing us in a direction or taking an easy way out. He allowed us to set the pace of our search and matched our energy and enthusiasm. Javon was such a positive and warm person that to say our experience would have not been the same without him is huge understatement.

ZillowVERIFIED Javon was EXCELLENT!!! He helped me purchase a co-op. He was very professional, practical and exhibited knowledge of the entire process. I especially appreciated his responsiveness and willingness to listen. For example, I had seen an old water stain in the ceiling and when it rained, I asked if he could check on it. He did and sent me pictures - there was no leak. Throughout the process, I felt that he wanted me to get the apartment without any hiccups. I highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED The most personable person in real estate Ive come across as a renter in NYC for 10 years. Very quick to respond and very helpful. After viewing the apartment, Javon helped to coordinate meeting with the owners of the property. He helped around my schedule and was present during the meeting, too. Great vibe and made the interview process feel more comfortable. Helped to answer any questions I had in between and after signing the lease. Also went and took measurements of the place so I could figure out what furniture I could move. Would absolutely recommend Javon.

ZillowVERIFIED After browsing the market for a few years, we decided it was time to just pick the best option and double down with on staying in our beloved borough. Javon was a quick study about our preferences and quirks, helping us to narrow in on a few options. He was candid, a task master with all the players, and leveraged his network to help get thing done. Appreciate the hustle, experience, and knowledge of Brooklyn neighborhoods.

ZillowVERIFIED Javon is simply put - the best. I truly believe that I would not have been able to secure my home in the highly competitive Brooklyn market without his help. From start to finish, he was professional and well educated on both the market and the process. No time was wasted on properties that weren't in our interest - he quickly learned and understood our desires. Despite many issues with the bank, the seller's agents, and other parties, Javon was on top of everything and always one step ahead.

ZillowVERIFIED Javon was great. I am glad I met got to work with him as he made my transaction very smooth. He was willing to work with me even though I had some issues on my end. I am moving to NY from CA and I was in a rush to get an apartment before I left back to CA one last time to gather my stuff. From the very first day he was patient with me in getting all the information I needed to submit my application. I even had some difficulties with a third party(my employer) and Javon was still patient with me working out said issues to keep moving forward with the rental. I was tied on time as he was as well but that didnt stop him from providing his services towards us.

ZillowVERIFIED I thoroughly appreciated working with Javon as a seller's agent. At first I thought I would save by selling the property by myself but I sold at a price I am super happy with and at the closing everyone was happy. Javon confidently walked me through every process, and guided me with accurate timeline, and what to expect. He is honest, and well connected to get the job done smoothly and pleasantly. ZillowVERIFIED This past Summer Javon helped my wife and I find a new condo. What's atypical is that we were looking to leave the city so we wanted to move upstate and this was not usually a job a local Real Estate agent would take on. Javon however was more than willing to help us. Over the course of month or so Javon set up tours to look at single family homes and condos around the Hudson region and was actually quite knowledgeable about the area as well as market prices in our range. Being in the city we did now own a car so it was an even more generous gesture that Javon was willing to take us on several 2+ hour trips each way to tour homes. He provided counsel on where we could and couldn't negotiate as well as how to navigate the buying process. In the end Javon was able to help us find the perfect condo with a perfect location is a perfect town in a not so perfect time. We always be grateful for his services.

ZillowVERIFIED Javon is a true gem! Apartment hunting in New York is an Orwellian dystopia, but Javon somehow made the process not only palatable but enjoyable. What makes him truly stand out is how personable he is. It's rare to work with a broker who is so highly communicative, helpful and genuinely kind through the entire process. I was taken care of. I've already recommended Javon to my friends and I will certainly contact him again for any future real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Javon was referred to me and I am so happy I chose him to be my selling agent. He worked tirelessly to get amazing photos of my apartment, get the listing on the right sites, scheduled several open houses, went out of his way to make viewing appointments work, and was always responsive. Once a deal was met, he reviewed all the documents several times to make sure things were complete, and literally handed over the paperwork to the management. We closed during a time where most of the industry was still working out how to do business during COVID, and I am glad I had Javon with me throughout the sale process. I am looking for my next place and am working with Javon because I trust his hard work and attention to detail.

ZillowVERIFIED Javon reached out to me after seeing my Craigslist post advertising my basement apartment for rent. Anyone who has had that experience knows that there are LOTS of weirdos who write to you there with scams and the rest...Javon was able to quickly win my trust as a legit (and LOCAL) real estate agent who cares (!!) about people and making the process of renting an apartment a breeze for landlords and tenants, alike. He came to my place to take professional photos that he placed in an ad on his company's site, arranged for multiple viewings that I did not need to be a part of, and found (and background checked) my tenant who has been an absolute joy to live above. He never made me feel pressured and left the final choice of tenant up to me. He even found and handled the signing of the lease for both of us (landlord and tenant). As a single mom who was definitely wary of real estate 'sharks' (particularly male ones), my experience with Javon has converted me to believing that there are actually respectful, decent, kind, and talented real estate agents who want to do what's best for their clients.

ZillowVERIFIED Anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent would be lucky to have Javon as a broker. He was very professional, friendly, and honest throughout the entire process. What we were most impressed with was Javon's knowledge and how responsive/attentive he was to calls/emails. Finding a home in New York City can be stressful and confusing and it's easy to get taken advantage of. With Javon we never experienced any of this and he navigated us through the ins and outs of the process. He is the most personable, caring, and positive person I've ever met in real estate. We will definitely be using his services again!

ZillowVERIFIED Javon is the type of guy that is worthy of 6 stars. Words cannot explain how helpful, wonderful, and patient he was through the whole finding a rental process. I never felt pressured or rushed, and he explained every detail every step of the way. He is always very quick to respond to questions, texts, or emails. And the best part of it all, he's simply a lovely human being. So good hearted and enjoyable to talk to...it feels humbling to be in his presence. Part of me wanted to spend more time talking to him and joking around then actually looking at the apartment. As a native New Yorker who has rented and moved around a lot, he is very knowledgable on how the whole process works and has some great insights. Do yourself a favor and get Javon on your team, wether you are buying, renting, or selling, he will make the process very easy and even enjoyable. Will definitely be reaching out to him when I am ready for the next move.
