I recommend Javi. I bought my first house with Javi. It was a new construction house, that we got to pick the lot, floor plan, colors, and fixtures. It was very easy, Javi set me up with the builder and kept in constant contact. He dealt with my parents a lot since they had a ton of questions. Finding the right subdivision was fun with Javi. He was calming and not pushy. We probably went to 10 different communities making sure we found the right one. Great experience.

Sold my house in Folsom. Very good at marketing. Hard working. The house was in a rural area and needed a specific buyer and Javier found that buyer for the house. Good experience. Ended up moving out of state. I will use Javier again and recommend friend. I will be moving back to LA in a couple years. Javier is very good with rural properties, and knows the common problems that come with them. Thumbs up

I recommend Javi for you to purchase a home or sell a home. Javi help my husband find a condo on the Northshore. Coming from Metairie we didnt really know the northshore area very well. We looking from east St.Tammany to West St.Tammany. After finding a condo we liked, we did an inspection on it and the foundation was damaged. So we found another condo a couple weeks later that ended up being perfect for us. Javier answered all of our questions and we had alot because this was our first home purchase. We got a good deal on our condo with some repair allowances. My husband had a VA loan so we did not have to put any downpayment money. And Javier connected us with a lender that specialized in condos to get our VA Loan approved! Thanks

My Husband and I were looking for some houses in the New Orleans area. Javier was very quick and responsive, and available to show us properties. The market was moving fast but we were able to scoop up and awesome 100 year old but totally renovated house in Arabi when a deal didnt go thru from the previous offer. Javier advised us on a good offer to get accepted and we went thru with the process. Had the inspection and everything turned out well, and we also found that the house had a ton of extras. Javier was very good and professional when dealing with everything. We love our new home and the area so much. Walking to the levee at sunset is my favorite.

Came down from NY to buy a house in Covington to be closer to family. We met up with Javier who sold our house in the past to show us more properties. We were in town for about a week looking at properties and put a offer and got it accepted. The deal did not go due to the foundation of the house. We ended up purchasing a house in NJ instead of LA. But our experience with Javier was great. We saw many properties that fit our criteria during the week we were there. I have send him client to make up for myself.
