Our experience with Javier was excellent. He never pressured us to make a decision, he was always very patient, and informed us of problems with the houses before we decided to see it, which saved us time. He is a very pleasant person, very professional and understanding; especially when we decided not to buy at times when we made offers. He has assisted us much more than we expected. If I were to buy again, I would buy again through him. Our experience with Javier was excellent. Javier Rojas was my agent for a purchase of a home. He was there in every possible way. He went to the home multiple times to let me see better views of the location. He dealt with the delays we ran into and assisted us in getting extensions. I mean there was nothing he did not or would not do to help us get across the finish line! On top of all of this he is an absolute gentlemen and professional! You cannot go wrong having Javier there as you navigate the housing market.
