After he reviewed the rental property I was selling, within a few days he held on open house. Within a couple of weeks, he was negotiating with a potential buyer. Once a sales price was agreed to, Javier followed up on the opening of escrow. During the escrow period (30 Days), Javier followed up on the lender process and all required inspections. When the wife and I were looking for our first home, Javier stuck buy us with the patience of a saint for over 2 years of us being completely indecisive. Javier and his team are a ONE-STOP shop and took care of everything for us. He Shopped around and got us the best loan, fought the banks for the best interest rate, took care of the inspections, the list goes on and on. He even helped me chase a dog down the street that an owner let get out one time when we were looking at a property. He never got impatient and was always communicating with me on properties to take a look at and ones to absolutely stay away from. Yes it is his job to sell homes, but he will not sell one to his clients if he wouldnt purchase it himself. On a few occasions when we had a strong interest in buying a home, he made some very strong recommendations as to why we should avoid the house, wither it was structural, neighborhood etc. etc. Javier was always upfront and honest with us from the start. I have since recommended about 4-5 friends and co works and they all have come back saying how amazing he is whit his craft and as a person.
