ZillowVERIFIED We don't know Javier Mendez, we worked with Veronica Hirales. Veronica is excellent. We are from Washington and had contacted Veronica early in our search. She understood what we were looking for when we were able to come to Vegas she had several places ready for us to see. We backed out of the first house after the inspection. When I few back down to look some more she had found the perfect house us. She went out of her way to help us so much, from picking me up at the airport, taking us to lunch and dinner and taking video's of houses. She is a super nice lady and really knows her job. We would highly recommend Veronica.

He went over the inspection with me and sent over the list to the buyer's agent on what I wanted fixed before I moved into the house. ZillowVERIFIED We moved to Las Vegas in 2016. Javier was our agent and I cannot say anything nice about the experience. He was not communicative, supportive or knowledgable of the properties we were looking at. I found the house we purchased online and he asked my husband what it was listed for when we met him to see it. There were several other issues during the process, to say the least. We drove 12 hours with a U-Haul, our dog, and 2 vehicles packed. He didn't have the decency to meet us at our house and had us drive across town to pick up the keys. When we went to sell our house in 2020 I found a fantastic and professional agent because there was NO chance I wanted to deal with Javier and his staff again.
