He was more then tentative to my every need, very well experienced and knowledgeable and always available, day or night even sometimes at 10 pm. If he did not answer the phone which was very rare, he would call me back within 5 minutes tops. He went way above the call of duty. He was always 2 steps ahead and worked hand in hand with my attorney to make sure everything was done in a timely order to have a very smooth closing. Our home was listed and sold in just 2 days. The day of closing was very emotional for me after living there for 33 years and I shed a few tears. That night he called to make sure I was ok and he called a few days later to see how we were doing in our new home. I wish him nothing but good fortune in his career. ZillowVERIFIED To describe Javier Matallana as simply a dedicated, highly motivated agent working for you to facilitate the successful sale or purchase of home does not convey the full range of services he is prepared to provide to his clients. I have come to consider him more like the concierge at a fine hotel. In my case, in less then 24 hours after signing the contract Javier was showing the property and within 48 hours he presented me with a bid that was ultimately accepted. Coming from out of state he connected me with a lawyer and a moving company. I encountered a problem that had to be corrected before the sale could be completed and could not find a person willing to do the work. A call to Javier and he was able to provide a person who took care of the issue. Conducting an interstate move in the winter is always a very difficult proposition weather wise. Javier was able to provide snow removal people in twice in a few days to make the move possible. He was always available for my questions or concerns days, nights and weekends. I wholeheartedly recommend Javier to anyone looking to sell or buy a home in todays fast moving market.
