My dad and I recently listed and sold our lake condos with Jason's help. Dad's condo was listed and had a contract on it the same day (he brought 5 offers to the table). My condo was very unique and took a specific buyer but Jason & his wonderful team helped get it sold as well. Jason and his admin Kim Johnson always kept dad and I well informed when the appraisals & inspections were happening, & closing info......he responds very quickly to emails & texts.
