About Jason Wood

I started my real estate career in 2005 with RE/MAX Aerospace Realty, and have been helping Sellers and Buyers achieve their real estate goals for over a decade. I am a true Florida native, having been born and raised on the Space Coast. My father was a local business owner for many years, and my mother worked for NASA, helping launch Brevard County to new heights. She has since retired from Kennedy Space Center, and my father is now also a top producing RealtorA® with RE/MAX Aerospace. Because of my roots, I am very familiar with the Space Coast and hold a deep personal interest in it. In 2011, I decided to further serve Brevard County by becoming a local police officer. My Sellers and Buyers are my top priority, however I still help my community and fellow Officers when called upon. I am a graduate of the Space Coast Association of Realtors Leadership Academy, and currently sit on it's MLS Committee, Professional Standards Committee, and Citation panel. I am a certified Military Relocation Professional (MRPA(C)), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNEA(C)), Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPEA(C), recipient of the RPAC Statesman Coin, and was just honored with the Space Coast Associate of Realtor's 2017 " Rising StaraEUR? award. Thanks to its global network and stellar reputation, RE/MAX is the leader in real estate. My office in particular, is the largest in Brevard County with five locations. I am truly passionate about real estate and enjoy every aspect of it. I utilize the latest technology and marketing methods, combined with excellent customer service, to exceed the average home buying or selling experience. Working with Jason Wood has been a nightmare. He does not respond. He moved out of the area and didnt tell me while he was suppose to be showing my rental. I hired a new realtor because he was so non responsive and he still has not taken my listing down. This means potential renters could be contacting him and not getting a response. He should not have my listing up not to mention he didnt have proper paperwork to begin with. Do not waste your time. Take my listing down immediately or I will further pursue legal action with your broker.

Geoffrey Wright made our home buying process a BREEZE!! We were a bit nervous about buying a property out of our area, but he did an amazing job at finding listings that matched our preferences, giving us info about the area we were looking at, and holding our hands all along the way! He even helped us get some paperwork after the closing that we needed for our insurance! A+ Highly recommend!

I came into the home buying process totally green, and quite frankly terrified. I was on a strict time line and had to move out in under 2 months. I tried several realtors who just seemed like a giant walking billboard only interested in making money. I got turned off. Tried to go it alone. We looked at a listing of Geoffreys and hit it off. If you're looking for someone that actually CARES (and not just about his commission). Someone that listens and will make sure you're happy. Someone willing to "hold your hand" through the scary home buying process and tell you the truth no matter what good or bad look no further. If he can win me over you know hes something special. Even my 2 teenage daughters love him and they don't like anyone, not even me ??. Don't hesitate to call him and find out why hes #1 in my book!
