FAQ
Make sure you do your due diligence when viewing the home, ask your agent, lender and inspectors as many questions as possible. You can never have enough information. It is often the biggest purchase in a person's life so you want to be sure it is the right one.
Price point, it is the most important factor in determining whether your home will fly or be grounded by overpricing. The last thing you want is your home to sit and become stagnant on the market. The longer the home sits, the lower the final sale price will be.
I have experience with first time home buyers, buyers upgrading, buyers downsizing, veteran buyers & sellers, investors, & sellers.
My most recent sale was a long one due to negotiating extra possession time. It worked out very well, I was able to get my buyers some money credited back to them as well as a radon mitigation system installed. The delay in closing allowed for a few warranty items to be fixed before they moved in too. Ultimately it was a very pleasant transaction!
My wife has been in real estate for 20 years and I was getting burned out on working construction. She needed extra help with how busy she was getting, we decided that my desire to make a career change lined up with what she needed in her business
My 20 years of construction experience have been a valuable resource for clients. I help them estimate repair costs, understand how serious an issue may be, and distinguish routine maintenance from problems that need attention. This insight helps them make more informed, confident decisions.
