As an active-duty military family, it was a huge advantage to work with someone who was knowledgeable about the VA loan process and understood the unique challenges that come with military moves and timelines. ZillowVERIFIED If your looking for a pressure-free realtor that goes the extra mile, Jason is your guy. I wanted to use NACA as my lender (crazy low-interest rates) but the organization will only work with NACA-certified realtors. I told Jason this & within hours he was signed up to get certified. The home I wanted was a less than 24-hour deadline situation so I ended up needing a new (more responsive) lender, Jason was able to get me paired up with one within hours. He knew the right length in closing time to offer without overwhelming the sellers. On closing day we found items left in the home and Jason helped me clean before I signed the final paperwork.
