ZillowVERIFIEDJason was amazing to work with! We found him by chance early on in our process, before we were even sure we wanted to buy. He stuck by our side throughout and when we made the decision to buy he did not disappoint! Jason was always willing and ready at a moments notice and really helped us to understand the process as first time home buyers. We cant believe how quickly and smoothly everything happened, a huge part of that is because we had Jason on our team. We truly felt that he had our best interest in mind, I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home and hope to work with him again in the future. He even sent us pizza on our first night in the house after a long day of renovations!

ZillowVERIFIED If I could give Jason a 100 stars, I would! When you're searching for a home, you need a warrior by your side. I couldn't have asked for a better partner by my side. Jason was my guide and my protector from beginning to end. I don't know how I got so lucky to have Jason by my side, but thank you again for everything!!

ZillowVERIFIED Jason was extremely helpful for my fiancA(C) and I as first time home buyers. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to figure out what was most important to us. Through every step of the process Jason made sure we understood what was happening. He was also extremely patient with us as we looked at several different types of house all over the Denver area. I would highly recommend Jason to any potential home buyers.

ZillowVERIFIED Jason helped us find a condo. I had very particular things in mind, and he was patient as I looked for the right fit. Once we made a choice, he got us a good rate from the seller, better for us than the seller! It was an accident that we found him, but a great accident for us! Thanks, Jason.

ZillowVERIFIED Jason Tanabe is a great broker. I started working with him long distance from another state. He showed me properties virtually and was also willing to meet with my family members in town to show me properties. I called Jason at all hours and on weekends and evenings. He never complained and always cheerfully answered. The negotiations went very smoothly. I started my search in mid June and closed July 31. It was a great experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Jason was amazing! His tenacity to keep digging and finding me the right property was outstanding. His kindness, patience, and communication were excellent. I thought I wanted a place downtown, close to shops and restaurants. He showed me several but then kept suggestion other areas and he was spot on! Found my perfect home in just about a month. Thank you Jason!

ZillowVERIFIED Jason provided us with the best possible experience we could have asked for. We thought that trying to buy a house in Denver, while we lived out of state, during a PANDEMIC would have been difficult. However because of how knowledgeable Jason was about the local market, we really had about as stress free an experience as we could hope for. Ill be recommending him to all of my friends and family going forward.

ZillowVERIFIED Me and Jason found each other by accident... We got to talking about things other then real estate, came back to topic and set an appointment. I met him at his office. All in all I am now a 1st time homeowner and it was an absolute seamless experience and would highly recommend Jason and his colleagues to anyone looking for their home.
