I first took an interest in real estate when I went through a few agents due to poor communication. I would literally wait all day or longer in most cases just for a simple answer. As this was a large transaction for me at the time, I was very nervous and just a few simple updates or a response in a timely matter was crucial. After noticing that communication was a problem in the industry, I thought "All you have to do to make it would be responsive communication, update your clients, and build relationships and you will do fine." So, a few years later, I paid off all of my bills, saved up a few months' funds, quit my toxic job, and hit the books. Best decision I have ever made. I love what I do. I truly care about each individual situation.

What should my downpayment be?
The more you put down, the lower your payment will be. However, there are plenty of programs that only require 3% or more down. THDA loans also offer 0 down if you have trouble coming up with a large down payment. Check with your local lender or I would be happy to provide one to see what option is best for you!
