Each time I traveled to Florida Jason arranged showings for me working around my limited availability, sometimes with very little notice of my arrival. Patient and very easy to work with he let my process run its course without ever pushing. He could not have made this experience any easier for me then he did. The pandemic hit the US right after I entered into contract on a property. I could not travel, Jason made himself available to be there for the home inspection, helped me negotiate repairs and credits from the seller, and kept everything moving towards closing. I highly recommend Jason for any buyer or seller looking for someone that will promptly respond to all of your inquiries, and go above and beyond the typical expectations of realtors.
