Jason Sperry is a local Realtor that has been serving Bastrop County and Central Texas for almost 15 years. He was raised in Bastrop by his parents Joe Sperry & Deborah Rogers. Jason is a graduate of Bastrop High and also earned a degree from Southwest Texas in 2000. By making a leap into Real Estate in 2006, Jason found quick success with RE/MAX Bastrop Area earning many awards over the years. He has served as a Director on the Bastrop Board of Realtors and currently is active in their fundraising event for student scholarships. Jason is passionate about the needs of his clients, and specializes in bringing comfort to sellers and buyers through the real estate process. In his spare time, Jason enjoys a good happy hour, traveling to Grand Cayman and spending time with his family.

We have worked with Jason six times as a buyer and seller. Every sell was priced accurately and had a contract pending within five days of listing. In every purchase he guided us through the process and we found what we needed within our budget. He never pressured us into buying a property. He is extremely knowledgeable and very responsive. We would not use anyone else. He has helped us with residential and commercial properties.

First he spent his life in the area and can direct you to the type of area you desire. His has hand on experience with local business and contractors and knows the buyer/seller process through years of experience. He stays up to date on price sales along with past sales. His personality is very easy going and he never pushes his opinion on to you. Can't ask for a more sincere realtor.
