Once our home was listed with Jason, we were extremely pleased with how things came together, and appreciated his ability to negotiate to have the best resolution for all parties involved. I wouldn't just say "I recommend" working with him; you're doing yourself a disservice if you are NOT working with him. ( Worth noting: he was able to get our house sold while HE was on vacation - always working on our behalf).

ZillowVERIFIED Our experience with Jason could not have been more positive. He was patient but persistent and encouraging but not insistent. His tribal knowledge, gleaned both from years of experience as a realtor, but also as someone who rebuilds houses means that he can, at a glance, tell slapdash from quality. He has no patience for sellers that are trying to pull one over on the buyers. His contacts within the industry, for inspections, repairs, etc. makes everything that much more convenient. This was our first home and so, by definition, Jason is the best realtor we have ever worked with. That said, we have no regrets and would work with him in a heartbeat.

He came to all the expections and really held our hand throught the proces, leveraging his network to help us move quickly. I also used him to sale our house. He listed it and we had multiple offers in days,we were able to get above asking price and close on the house within a month. He wasgreat, especially as we were out of town and he volunteered tomeer contractors at the house to do the minor repairs from the inspector...this was over a few days too!!!bit was a huge relief having his support so we could continue to move forward on the sale.
