Jason was very knowledgeable and helpful through both the selling of our old home and purchasing of our new home. His entire team (Alex and Sonya especially) assisted us through the process and didnt get frustrated at our many questions and concerns. Although Jason had a number of clients at the time, he made us feel like we were a priority. The day before we were to close on our new home, we had a family emergency. Jason didnt hesitate to help organize everything to assist us with managing the close of the home while dealing with the emergency (even working with the closing attorney to meet us at the hospital at night to sign the documents). We worked with Larry. He did a wonderful job finding a house that met all our needs. It was challenging buying a house with COVID happening, but he went and looked at any house we were interested in and kept us updated on any changes throughout our home buying experience. We put an offer on a house that we did not see in person and it has worked out so well. He helped us negotiate through some challenging things with the house and made sure the deal went through.
