Las Vegas Realtors 40 Under 40 2019, 2020, 2021 - Las Vegas Realtors YPN Hall of Fame 2022 - Las Vegas Realtors Realtor of the Month June 2022
ZillowVERIFIEDJason did a great job with us. This was our first time buying a home in Las Vegas, but second time buying a home overall. Jason was much more helpful and informative than our previous realtor. He was proactive and helped a lot with every step of the process, from considering whether we wanted to move to Vegas, through deciding on neighborhoods, looking at houses (over 20 in a week!), to making offers and closing the deal. He gave helpful negotiation tips, got information as needed to help us understand the prices, and was extra helpful. This was very important for us as we're out of town buyers who were relatively time constrained when we were in town looking at houses. Jason was super accommodating there. We ended up buying a beautiful house we're very happy with, and I don't think the process would have been as nice and smooth with someone else.
ZillowVERIFIEDI had an excellent experience working with Jason! His knowledge of the market, attention to detail, and professionalism made the entire process seamless. He was always available to answer my questions and went above and beyond to ensure I got the best deal. I highly recommend Jason to anyone looking to buy or sell a property!
ZillowVERIFIEDJason did an exceptional job in assisting us with our home purchase. From start to finish, he demonstrated remarkable competence and efficiency. Jason's resourcefulness and extensive network within the real estate industry were invaluable assets throughout the process. His strong negotiation skills and unwavering drive for win-win outcomes were evident, ensuring our satisfaction at every step of the way.
ZillowVERIFIEDJason did a wonderful job in selling my home in Las Vegas! My home sold within 12 hours and I have never sold a home in 12 hours in all my life! And I have owned at least 20 homes in my lifetime from California to Las Vegas, Nevada. His extradinary performance both inmatketing my home and selling it in such short period of time and my purchase of a new home in such a way it was like and. A most event on my life. Jason handled everything and I had a most pleasant experience through this whole process. My adventures with real estate agents in the past have how do I say this a horror story. I just love his extraordinary attention to detail, his effective in dealing with the buyer. I recommend him highly for all your real estate needs. Thank you Jason for all your help!
ZillowVERIFIEDJason was great from the first time taking to him. This is my first house ever to buy a house and I was scared and nervous. Jason walked me through every step and made it easier for me to do this. I would totally recommend him to everyone I know wanting to buy a house. Thank you Jason for making this new step in my life easy and stress-free.
ZillowVERIFIEDAs a first-time buyer Jason has been a good match for me. He is very knowledgeable and is always accessible and prompt when I have questions. Recommend.
ZillowVERIFIEDJason is an absolute pleasure to work with. We are first time home buyers and Jason was so knowledgeable and willing to share his knowledge in a process that was completely new and unknown to us. He is extremely professional, respectful and patient. Jason is also very down to earth and very personable. I would recommend Jason wholeheartedly. We were grateful to have the opportunity to meet him and work together.
ZillowVERIFIEDHIGHLY RECOMMENDED, all I can say is this has been the smoothest transaction for something so life changing, Jason has been nothing but reliable, knowledgeable, and efficient. I love how he stays in constant contact throughout the whole process answering any questions my husband and I had. I will absolutely do business with him again and will recommend him to my sister when she is ready to buy!!!!
ZillowVERIFIEDFrom day 1 Jason was a pleasure to work with. He is very down to earth ,knowledgeable ,communicative and prompt. This was my first time buying a home so I wasnt really sure how the whole process worked but Jason did an amazing job explaining things every step of the way. If youre looking to buy Jason is definitely your guy!
ZillowVERIFIEDJason Schifrin is absolutely phenomenal. I was looking to move from San Diego purchase a home in Las Vegas, Jason was extremely knowledgeable on the available market and helping me find the perfect home for me. He kept me very informed during the whole process in a way that I could understand, he guided and answered questions throughout every step of the way until closing. Jason was highly responsive to every email, text, and phone call. Jason made my purchase a pleasurable experience went very smooth and quickly. I would highly encourage you to connect with Jason. I can assure you that you too will be impressed with his excellent knowledge, responsive customer service, and a great personality.
ZillowVERIFIEDI highly recommend Jason Schifrin. We moved here from Colorado and Jason got us home here in Las Vegas that we love. He has great knowledge of the Las Vegas market and answered all the questions and concerns we had.
ZillowVERIFIEDIf you are looking for a realtor look no further! Jason Schifrin is absolutely phenomenal. We were looking for a condo to purchase in the Summerlin area for our daughter to live in while she attended school in Vegas. We did not know much about the area so of course we had a lot of questions. Jason was extremely knowledgeable and patient as he helped us navigate the highly competitive Summerlin real estate market. He listened to our desires, fears, wants, and wish list items with care and attentiveness. Never once did he pressure us into an area we were unsure of or into a price point where we were uncomfortable. After looking at a few places both online and in person Jason helped us write our first offer on a condo and it was accepted. For us this was extremely impressive as many places are being sold with all cash offers and often over list price. Once under contract Jasons superb customer service did not waiver! He guided and answered questions throughout every step of the way until closing. He was very knowledgeable with the varying requirements of purchasing in an HOA governed community. He helped us think about restrictions and requirements within a condo that we did not even realize were a possibility despite having purchased multiple homes in the past. Jason was highly responsive to very email, text, and phone call. He and his team worked wonderfully with our mortgage broker as well ensuring an easy escrow process and on time closing. Jason truly made our purchase a pleasurable experience. If you have any question in your mind about why you should use a realtor, I would highly encourage you to connect with Jason. I can assure you that you too will be impressed with his excellent knowledge, responsive customer service, and wonderful personality. We will definitely use him again for future home sales and purchases.
ZillowVERIFIEDJason is an amazing Real Estate professional. He helped us buy a town home while we were 2300 miles away! He knows the Las Vegas area so well. We wanted to buy a townhouse for our son in Vegas.. He set up searches and took our son all over to look at possible places.. We got everything done within a month Thank! Thank you Jason!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe have moved to Las Vegas from Europe a year ago. Jason first helped us find a good, temporary rental place. After almost a year he helped us buy our first home in the US. Since the beginning he was very helpful and advised us a lot as our knowledge of the home buying process here was nonexistent. We would recommend him for his professionalism, knowledge, honesty, patience and understanding. Reallocation of your life 6000miles is not easy and with Jason we didnt have to worry about the most important part - a great place to live in Las Vegas.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe were using Jason to sell our old house and buy a new home. We were not able to carry two notes. Our old house had to sell in order for us to buy this one. Jason had to juggle both transactions and ensure that we would not be left homeless! He was able to negotiate a leaseback on our old house ensuring enough time for the funds to clear so we could turn around and buy the new home. The sale of our old home kept getting delayed due to COVID-19. Fortunately, we used an incredible lender who Jason referred us to and Jason had experience working with. This made the experience, almost (see COVID-19), seamless. We are expecting our first child in a few months and we are grateful of Jasons careful attention to our transaction and for getting us into our current dream home.
ZillowVERIFIEDJason was the buying agent, representing me as a first-time home buyer. He has been so on top of things sometimes it feels like hes buying the house. Highly recommended for his professionalism and resourcefulness.
ZillowVERIFIEDJason is just great in what he does. As a first-time home buyer and a foreigner who just moved to the USA I had not the slightest idea how to buy a house and so have been a bit concerned about all this paperwork that comes with it. Wow - I'm so glad that I found Jason! With him it was almost like a walk in the park and actually kind of fun to do the house shopping. We checked out about 10 houses until I finally found the right one. I'm actually quite picky so the whole process took about 2-3 months. During our house visits he seemed well prepared and arrived in time to all of our appointments. In fact he usually arrived earlier like me :-o On plus he gave some good advises and I think he got an excellent taste. Sometimes you just want to hear a second opinion. I never had this feeling that he is getting impatient or felt pushed to (finally) buy something. This man really likes his job! Thats exactly how it should be right? You can focus on finding the right house, take your time to make this very important decision - he arranges everything in the background and when you need him he is there. The communication couldnt have been better - could reach him at any time by phone, text or email when I had some questions or wanted to arrange another house visit. Last but not least I would like to mention his great negotiation skills. He exceeded my expectations in this matter and I'm confident that he got me a good deal. Yes, I absolutely do recommend him and will 100% choose him again when it is time to buy (or sell?) the next home. Writing a detailed review is in my opinion the least I can do to tell him a big THANK YOU!
ZillowVERIFIEDJason was a pleasure to work with - extremely patient while Mom was selling her house in New York and relocating to the Las Vegas valley. Jason has been quick to respond to any question, very knowledgeable and guided us through the process. Thank you Jason!!
ZillowVERIFIEDJason was very professional and caring about myself and my roommate's. He will always respond to eamils, text, and phone calls! He has a desire to make sure you get what you are looking for and will go out of his way to ensure. I highly recommend Jason Schifrin to anybody looking for a home.
ZillowVERIFIEDJason is awesome !! I was in a time crunch to find a new house within a month and we found my new home in under a week. He made it an amazing experience and I couldnt be happier. I highly recommend Jason Schifrin !!
ZillowVERIFIEDJason was awesome in his assistance in finding a rental for my family. He was very knowledgeable, understanding, considerate, patient, and kind. He made time to answer every question and always responded when we called. He also made sure that the homes that we looked at had features, and things we needed. We found something that we told Jason we desired in each and every home we looked at. Thank you Jason for your help. When I purchase a home I will definitely be calling you.
