He followed up with each showing and touched base with me twice a week letting me know what was going on. Jason had a buyer for my home on the 3rd day with an offer of $5000 over asking price. Unfortunately the week of closing the buyer found out he was loosing his job. The house went back aEURoeactiveaEUR? on the market and another buyer made an offer the next day well over asking price.
