ZillowVERIFIEDHe represented the seller of a property I purchased. Jason was NOT helpful to me as the buyer. He could have done several simple things to make the buying process and closing go easier; he either refused... and NOT politely... or ignored. Very unprofessional. Did he do a good job for his seller? Probably. Did he burn some bridges in the process? Almost certainly. Which might come back to haunt you if he represents you and he needs a favor from an agent on the other side of YOUR deal.

ZillowVERIFIED I would not recommend Jason to anyone looking to seek their home. He was not willing to listen to our requests, and had very little time to meet our requests. We had requested open houses multiple times and had one over 4 months. He finally offered an open house a week after our contract was up, to get us to resign without letting us know our contract would be over before that. A little too late, he disrespected us and our home. He was incredibly unprofessional making it seem like it was our fault. I have never been spoken to like that from a professional, which tells me he is far from a professional and has a lot to learn about people skills.

ZillowVERIFIED Jason did a fantastic job of selling my house. He visited my home and met with me in person. We reviewed the comparables, and discussed my goals and timeline. I stressed that I wanted to sell quickly. His assistant Staci followed up with me that same day to collect pictures and get my house posted online. Within a few days, several buyers visited my home. I received a full price offer within a week or so. I could not believe it, since most of the houses in my neighborhood sit on the market for 1-2 years. The process was seamless, thanks to Jason negotiating with the buyers on the front end. There was a hiccup during the final process, which sometimes can happen. Jason was able to communicate effectively with the buyers agent, and resolve the issue in time for closing the next morning. I have already recommended Jason and his team to friends and family. ZillowVERIFIED We were interested in property on the Wolf River in Wisconsin and I reached out to several realtors in the Fox Cities area. Jason was the ONLY one who followed up. Since we didn't know much about the surrounding area, he offered to take a day to show us around and show us some places - he knows the area EXTREMELY well. He was able to "zero in" on what we were looking for and that very day we put in an offer on some property. All the follow-up conversations and negotiations had to be handled via email and telephone (since we don't live in the area) and Jason handled this very well. He is the ONLY realtor I would use for this area - and in fact we will be using him again!
