Jason Revelia

Jason works with his wife Shannon as a real estate team in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina. Custom residential construction has always been a part of Jason's life. He was raised in a family run construction business that operated for over 50 years in Illinois, Florida and North Carolina (Bill Benhart, INC). It developed his enjoyment of all facets of real estate. Jason moved to Haywood County in 2000 where he got his NC General Contractor's license and joined the family business as an official partner. Their company built its foundation on honesty, communication and expectation management with the ultimate goal of matching their clients to their homes. He carried that same foundation in to his real estate career. Shannon was born and raised in Haywood County. Her background spans 25+ years in the business world, with a focus on marketing, consulting, and leadership development honing her skills in understanding people, identifying their needs, and building strong relationships. She excels at clear communication and exceeding expectations. Together, Jason and Shannon have built and bought primary residences in Western North Carolina as well as owned and operated vacation rentals, long term rentals and commercial properties. Understanding the magnitude of the decision to sell or buy a property, they will always give non-biased candid advice and commit themselves to their client's interests over all else.
