I enjoyed his creative and helpful ideas on how to make improvements on potential homes. He was never a pushy salesman, understood what I was looking for, was patient, and always very responsive. He frequently went out of his way to make the process as easy as possible, answered all of my questions (I had a lot), and always had my best interest in mind. With his help, I was able to beat out several other offers on what?s now my new home. After the inspection, I appreciated that he thought to check to see if the roof was still under warranty since it needed some repairs. It was, which saved me a lot of money. He also gave good advice when it came to listing and selling my home. He?s intelligent, fun to work with, and is an overall really nice guy. The fact that he?s a fellow Spartan was the icing on the cake. :) If you?re looking for an amazing realtor, you can?t go wrong with Jason!
