I had been doing my own research and remembered my old friend was a real estate agent. He asked what I wanted and then provided several options, but also found areas that seemed to be unknown. I was not in town and saw what I wanted. On the water,golf course, marina. I said that is it go do a video tour. I said put full offer down site unseen, and we closed in one month. As a first time homebuyer. It could not have gone more smoothly. ( I do not think it always does, though Jason tireless work ethics and focus on what I wanted, allowed us to take this property as 4 other people put bids on the same day. I just said offer what they asked. Great communicator and works 24-7. He only gets compensated when the deal closes, and he will work for you for years. Trustworthy and Delivers..

Jason practices real estate across all of Florida and was able to help us find the home we needed which was close to our grandchildren and zoned for my husband to have his chickens. Yes, chickens... Jason drove hours to do video walkthroughs on perspective homes for us. He was integral in weeding out the homes that looked great in pictures but upon closer examination had many items that were in disrepair. He was able to negotiate items found on the inspection report to be repaired or compensated for. Jason went above and beyond in helping us move by packing up our house, driving the moving truck 5 hours away to our new home, and unloading all of our items. ZillowVERIFIED Jason Supported us in not only selling our home but buying our new home in a town 5 hours away. Jason presented clear and concise data on the sales of homes like mine in my neighborhood. He was able to show me different market entry points and their pros and cons. We launched the property in midsummer and he ran open houses every weekend we were able to till we went under contract. Jason even went to all of the local retail centers and posted flyers at storefronts. Prior to the open houses, he walked the neighborhood going door to door promoting the open house. He was able to come up with multiple offers for us to choose from and we were able to settle on a contract with exactly what we were hoping to sell the home for. He was able to assist us with all of the intricacies of closing on both homes on the same day. I found Jason to be an excellent negotiator on my behalf and was integral in assisting me to get through the inspection period where a number of items came up that needed to be taken care of and managed to completion. Jason took a hands-on approach to his work and assisted me in completing many projects around the home in order to get through the inspection. Jason is an excellent Realtor and would not hesitate to use him in the future. If I live long enough to move ever again. He really went above and beyond any other realtor I had dealt with before.

The result was an impressive online presentation of my property, Since I had already relocated at the time my house went on the market, it was important that the sale go through as soon as possible.
