ZillowVERIFIEDJason was a GREAT realtor for my wife and I! We bought a house through him and then sold our mobile home through him and both experiences were fantastic and trouble free. Jason is very good at getting in contact with you through email, texting or even a call very quick with any changes or updates. The realtor that was selling the house that we bought tried to screw around with the counter offer but Jason jumped in and got it straightened out and got us our dream home locked in. He also was great after the sale because the sellers were supposed to install an island in the kitchen and after waiting for weeks and them refusing to return our calls Jason got ahold of them and had the island installed within the next week! He was also great with the sale of our mobile home and made it a painless process. My wife and I tried selling it on our own and it was a huge pain trying to deal with everything and the people. We put it in Jason's hands and he had it up on the website that day and we had offers almost immediately and in the end all we had to do was go to his office and sign a couple pieces of paper and pick up our check the next day. Also while we were in the process of selling the roof developed a small leak. Jason contacted a contractor that he uses and got it taken care of and back ready to show. He truly goes above and beyond and made what can easily be a very hard, stressful situation into a very smooth and easy process.

ZillowVERIFIED Jason was very easy to work with. He returned phone calls and emails in a timely manner. I have given out his number already. I'm looking to buy another home in the future and I will be asking him to help me find the perfect home for us.

ZillowVERIFIED Jason has been our realtor for years, helping us buy and sell our homes. He is the kind of realtor you hope to find, very involved in the process. He was very good about helping us with anything we needed. In fact, when we moved to Pittsburgh he helped us with the process of buying our new home more than our local realtor. We highly recommend Jason, you won't find a better realtor or a better person.

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer I was completely lost. Jason's expert knowledge guided me through this process step by step and made the process of buying a home enjoyable! He was always available on weekends and worked with my hectic schedule to show me numerous homes for sale. His knowledge of homes gave me expert advice on what to look for and avoid. When it came time to make an offer Jason's negotiating skills got me an amazing deal on the house of my dreams. I would recommend Jason to anyone looking to buy or sell a house and look forward to working with him again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Jason helped us sell our first home and buy a new home in a new town while we were living 3 hours away. He was quick to answer any questions and very patient when the questions and worry on our end didn't stop! He was able to get our house listed and sold at a higher price than we originally thought it was worth, which is always great! Would recommend Jason to anyone looking for a great realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Jason has helped us purchase 2 houses and sell one. Regarding the sale, we never had to list the house since Jason already had one or two buyers who he thought might be interested, he was right and we had an agreement less than two weeks after we first mentioned selling to him. His knowledge of Danville and the surrounding area proved invaluable as he listened to what we were looking for and was able to hone our search successfully. This was especially important to us since we had worked with another realty company that just did not seem to "hear" what we wanted in a house or the locations we preferred to be in. He has always been very responsiveness to our questions and concerns. We will continue to use him for all our future realty needs.
