As first time home buyers during a global pandemic, my wife and I had no idea what we were getting into! We are so glad we went with Jason to help us purchase our first home. From our first meeting he was professional, kind and experienced and taught us all the ins and outs of this hectic process. He was always patient with us yet still acted with urgency when we needed to. Even with the housing market changing during COVID times, Jason was quick to adapt and helped us do so also. He gave great advice while we were touring homes and also while crafting offers. We were so happy to work with him and highly recommend his services!

Jason was recommended to us by a friend, and we are glad that we went with him to help us through our home buying journey. Jason was extremely knowledgeable and made it a point to help us find something that fit as many of our checkboxes as possible. He knew a ton about the local area and we really felt that we were getting a truly one-on-one service with him (even though we knew he was juggling many other clients). When we finally found a home, Jason made the inspection and close process a breeze. Since we were moving to the area for the first time, we did not have many contacts, so Jason was able to make great recommendations for contractors. He explained everything to us through the process so that we were able to understand what was happening, and what we needed to do next. We would absolutely recommend Jason to anyone buying a house in the area, and will definitely use him again should we ever be in the market.

As first time homebuyers, Jason was patient and walked us through all our (numerous) questions on the process, even at 10PM some nights. He quickly compiled an accurate list of wants & needs for our first home even before we knew our own list. Even in the midst of a pandemic, Jay was able to fit us in for viewings ASAP for every single property we were interested in, even if it wasn't officially on the market yet. Even after the offer on our new house was accepted and the majority of the followup work was with the mortgage company, Jason still continued to check in and answer questions regularly. Jason was a pleasure to work with, and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor in the future.

A trusted family member referred me to Jason 2-1/2 years ago when I wanted to sell my house. It was supposed to be a simple downizing, and I would begin the search for my new home after the sale. My home sold quickly, mostly due to Jason's marketing prowess. Then the search for my new home began. I was very specific, so going into many months didn't phase me or Jason. I wanted my forever home, and he wanted me to be happy with my purchase. A seller's market does not make this an easy search by any means. There were some offers made, and lost. After the first year, I lost faith that my home was out there. Jason did not lose faith. He never stopped encouraging me to keep trying. There were times when I felt bad that I brought him on this journey with me, and a couple times I offered him an out. He could move on with no hard feelings. He would not accept my offer. He was in this search with me until I found my home. I believe Jason and I have truly formed a friendship through this incredibly difficult process. I can't even begin to explain the exponential difficulties added to a buyer in the Covid-19 era. Jason N.E.V.E.R. stopped working hard to help me find my home. Two years after selling my home, I settled on my new home. It is truly the home I was trying to find. Jason will not stop working for his clients. He remains ethical (in an ethically-challenged industry), and he is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of this complex business. But what really sets Jason apart is that he actually cares about real estate, and he cares about people. He is someone that is in a career that he was born to be in. If you are a buyer, you may have a long battle ahead, but with Jason, you will have an unparalleled partner with you in this battle.
