From the beginning, Jason did not disappoint. Even though I wasnt quite ready to buy, he answered all my questions and sent me listings based on my criteria at the time. Over the next six months, I reached out to him multiple times with additional questions and different criteria, and he always took the time to help me and send me the latest information. When an offer came in on my house with a quick closing date, I didnt give Jason much notice to get things set up here. It was the busy beginning of summer, yet he was able to get me in to see all the condos that fit my criteria. He also added a few places that didnt exactly meet my them but felt were worth taking a look at. It was one of those places that I ultimately ended up purchasing! Navigating the entire process from several states away was going to be stressful enough, but Jason made it go as smoothly as possible. I decided to have some work done on the unit before arriving and moving in, and he had the right contacts and helped make the arrangements to get the work completed within my timeframe. Even after closing, Ive reached out to Jason multiple times, and he has never hesitated to answer my questions or help me find the right people who could assist me. Jason is definitely the person you want standing by your side when buying a home. He has an excellent reputation as being an expert in real estate in the area he serves, even at 3 states away. I signed him on immediately. Told him , up front, that he was my eyes in the area and that I would be totally dependent on his expertise being that I would not be able to travel to the area to view the property before making an offer. He listened for what I was searching, did all the leg work, ALL OF IT, and I was able to close within one month on my ideal oceanfront condo within 30 days of my first contacting him. I have never had this excellent type of service before when purchasing other real estate properties. He never once tried to pressure me into purchasing a property that I was skeptical about, unlike other realtors that were needing a commission paycheck quickly. I ran him ragged. He never once showed any sign of regret that he was my realtor. There were times I felt that he should have. ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I have bought and sold 11 homes in the last several years. Out of 11 realtors, only 3 were exemplary. Jason Neely is one of those exemplary realtors. Jason was referred to me by a friend of my brothers who owns a condominium in Crescent Sandpiper in St. Augustine. Jason took me around to visit 5 or 6 condo complexes on the beach. Jason pointed out, not only the good things about these complexes, but the negative as well. He wasn't just trying to make a deal. He wanted the right fit for me. This market is one of extreme competition. A market where distinctive points of difference from a realtor are necessary to distinguish one buyer from another to a seller. You need a realtor that will stand out from all the rest. And, Jason Neely is that person. When I found a condo in Crescent Sandpiper, Jason's ability to be "won over" by the seller's realtor was the deciding factor. Jason's cool and calm demeanor, his obvious honesty and desire to "do his best" was clearly hands-down and why I could complete against a cash offer that was willing to pay even more than my offer. There were a few obstacles in this real estate transaction that proved Jason's ability to truly and sincerely take care of me as his client. First, after "a gentleman's handshake" between the two realtors, and before my realtor could get the paperwork for the offer submitted, just a few hours later, the seller's realtor said they had a cash offer and had to submit it to the owners. As furious as I was, Jason willingly and generously negotiated a way to get the offer "back on the table" for me. Even after our closing, Jason showed his "above and beyond" capability with another challenge in making a smooth transition for the TV/Internet with Xfinity (which is always a nightmare). While I was in New York and renters were in my new condo, Jason spent 3 days working with Xfinity. He returned the old boxes, picked up the new boxes and installed all the new equipment. Additionally, the seller of the condo had rented the unit prior to and after the closing, but did not do it through the rental management program. There then began a challenge of getting the correct amount of partial rental monies that were owed to me. I was concerned I would not be paid the correct amount. But, Jason, offered a way to ensure I would get the correct amount of money and how I would get that money. Jason reassured me and said, "don't you worry about me, I'm just glad you're taken care of." So, you see...Jason is just that. He takes care of you. Jason has a high degree of integrity, is reassuring and calm, is a creative negotiator, honest, and provides "above and beyond" service that will get you what you want. Lisa Hogan

Early on in the process when we were still deciding what areas to consider- Jason was there to answer the endless questions. When we were in the area checking things out he had a list of currently available properties we could take a look at to get more familiar with the various options, including one that we were not originally going to bother looking at. Later, when we decided to put in an offer on that condo we weren't going to bother looking at (thanks again for that. seriously!) he helped us put and get accepted a competitive bid in a situation where there were multiple full price offers. All the way though the closing and beyond-- trying to source repair quotes, figuring out what to do with some of the furniture that was in the unit that wouldn't be reused. Jason listened to our multiple interests and had a good sampling of each for us to visit during our first search.
