Mr. Wells did an amazing job with us, didnt sugarcoat anything when explaining any concerns and very reliable when texting/calling. Every question we had Roger gave us an answer. The process overall after when we were set on a house took a little less than a month to close. Roger helped us out, our little family of three with our first home with ease and effective communication. Roger comes with information of every house tour with pages of paper related to the house which is amazing service. We will do future business with Roger in the future. Roger also was present from the beginning till the end every step of the way which gave us a lot of ease. Best part is he treats you like a person and catches up with you. Roger did an amazing job assisting us on finding our new home. He was always quick to respond and get information. Very helpful with the whole process.
