It was our first time buying a home so he walked us through the whole process at our first meeting and made sure we understood and were comfortable with everything. He did not push anything on us and made sure that everything from price point to which houses to look at was 100% our decision. When looking at houses he would point out everything that he saw that could be an issue as if he was buying the house himself. That being said, Jason Monterecy is one of the most outstanding individuals that I have ever worked with in any field and I would highly recommend using him if you are looking to buy or sell a house. We hired Jason to help us sell our house in August and right off the bat; I was impressed with his level of knowledge and commitment. He worked tirelessly on our behalf to help us sell our house and help us find a house. We had him running all over the state to look at any house that we were interested in and he always showed up. I lost count of how many houses we looked at. When we eventually found the house that we wanted to buy in March, he fought for us at every turn and saved us over $10,000 on our new house. When we sold our house, I had a certain price in mind that I wanted to sell for and even though many houses in our neighborhood were selling for much less, he was able to get us the exact price we were looking for. It was a long journey for us to finally find our new home and Jason was with us every step of the way and even became a friend along the way.
