If you are buying or selling in South Carolina, do not look anywhere else! Jason and Christina at Jeff Cook Real Estate are as good as it gets, I cannot recommend them highly enough. I have bought and sold several properties in the US and they are by far the best team I have worked with. This transaction has been particularly difficult and complicated, Jason and Christina have gone to bat for me on so many issues, coordinated repairs, dealt with tenants, HOA management, HOA board members, leasing management, the list goes on. As well as their incredible work ethic, market knowledge and negotiation skills, what I found especially great was that they found the perfect balance between keeping me informed and not burdening me with worry unnecessarily. This sale would absolutely not have happened without them. In addition, this was a particularly emotive process for me, Christina was so supportive, above and beyond the call of duty. Even when the deal could have fallen through at the last hour neither of them pressured me into accept the new terms even though it could have meant starting the process over and them not receiving compensation for their time and efforts (this has not always been the case with other realtors). I very much valued the freedom to make the decision that best suited me and my situation without outside influence. Its for this reason and many others that I feel above all they are good, honest, high integrity people and that really goes a long way in this world.
